Perfect loaf with apf and wwf with egg. Pillowy soft and fluffy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups apf
  2. 1/2 cup wwf
  3. 1 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
  4. 3/4 tsp salt
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  6. 1tbsp butter
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 3/4 cup milk + 2tbsp
  9. 1 egg

Instructions

  1. MIX FLOUR, INSTANT DRY YEAST, SUGAR & SALT
  2. ADD BEATEN EGG
  3. MIX WELL
  4. ADD MILK AND KNEAD FOR 3-4 MINS
  5. ADD BUTTER AND AGAIN KNEAD FOR 7-8 MINS TILL THE DOUGH IS SHINY AND ELASTIC
  6. SHAPE IT AND PLACE IT IN A OILED BOWL
  7. COVER WITH CLING FILM AND LET IT RISE
  8. DOUGH SHOULD BE DOUBLE IN SIZE
  9. PUNCH THE DOUGH AND KNEAD FOR 2MINS
  10. GREASE THE TIN AND SHAPE THE DOUGH IN A LOAF
  11. CLING WRAP AND LET IT RISE
  12. ONCE DOUBLED MILK WASH THE LOAF
  13. BAKE IT IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREE C FOR 25 MINS
  14. APPLY SALTED BUTTER ON TOP AND AGAIN BAKE FOR 2MINS
  15. ALLOW TO COOL FOR 2HRS BEFORE SLICING.
