Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabodana pearls - 1/2 cup
  2. Thick poha/ flattened Rice - 1/2 cup
  3. Dry fruits:
  4. Cashews: 10 to 12
  5. Cranberries - 2 tbsp
  6. Kishmish-2 tbsps
  7. Spices:
  8. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Sugar powder - 1 tsp
  10. Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  12. Green chillies - 2 broken
  13. Curry leaves - few

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1/2 CUP SABODANA PEARLS WITH 1 TO 2 TBSP OF WATER FOR FEW MINUTES. FRY ONE OR TOW TSP AT A TIME
  2. WHEN PEARLS ARE FRYING HOLD A PLATE AGAINST THE HOT OIL TO AVOID SPUTTERING EVERYWHERE
  3. FRY 1/2 CUP POHA IN THE SAME HOT OIL
  4. 2 SPRINGS OF CURRY LEAVES 2 BROKEN GREEN CHILLIES
  5. DRY FRUITS : 2 TBSPS KISHMISH, 2 TBSPS CRANBERRIES
  6. DRAIN ON A KITCHEN TISSUE
  7. FRY 10 TO 12 WHOLE CASHEWS
  8. ASSEMBLE ALL ON A PLATE. ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1 TSP SUGAR POWDER, 1/2 TSP SALT
  9. 1/2 TSP ROASTED CUMIN POWDER
  10. MIX EVENLY WITH A BIG SPOON
