  7. coconut 1/2 grated
  8. ghee 50 gm
  9. white oil
  10. garam masala powder 1 tspn
  11. bay leaves
  12. whole garam masala 1 tspn
  13. lime juice for curdling
  14. milk powder 2 tblspn

Instructions

  1. BOIL MILK
  2. ADD ANY SOURING AGENT TO CURDLE THE MILK
  3. STIR TILL WATER WILL GET SEPARATE
  4. STRAIN THE COTTAGE CHEESE
  5. SOAKED THE GRATED COCONUTS WITH LUKEWARM WATER & STRAIN AFTER 15 MIN
  6. MAKE A PASTE OF GINGER & GREEN CHILLIES
  7. TAKE THE COTTAGE CHEESE IN A MIXING BOWL,ADD CASHEWS, RAISINS, MILK POWDER 2 TBLPNS
  8. ADD SOME CORNFLOUR FOR BINDING AND SALT,CHOPPED GREEN CHILLES (2)
  9. ADD 2 TBLSPN GRATED COCONUT,MAKE THE BALLS OF IT
  10. ADD WHITE OIL + GHEE TO PAN
  11. FRY THE BALLS
  12. TAKE OUT
  13. ADD BAY LEAVES AND WHOLE GARAM MASALA FOR TEMPERING
  14. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES,STIR TILL MELT,THEN ADD THE PASTE 1 TBLSPN
  15. NOW ADD PEPPER POWDER 1/2 TSPN
  16. ADD SALT,SLITED GREEN CHILLY
  17. NOW ADD THE BALLS MADE FROM COTTAGE CHEESE
  18. ADD THE COCONUTS CREAM MILK
  19. ADD FEW DROPS OF GHEE AND BRING INTO A BOIL
  20. BRING TO A BOIL,ADD CHOPPED NUTS AND GARAM MASALA OWDER1/2 TSPN
  21. WHEN GRAVY WILL BECOME THICK IN CONSISTENCY, SWITCH OFF FLAME,ADD SOME MORE GHEE
