Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 750 ml
  2. Pepper powder 1/2 tspn
  3. Ginger 50 gms
  4. green chilles 8/9
  5. raisins 25 gms
  6. cashews 25 gms
  7. Coconut 1/2 grated
  8. Ghee 50 gm
  9. White oil
  10. Garam masala powder 1 tspn
  11. Bay leaves
  12. whole garam masala 1 tspn
  13. lime juice for curdling
  14. milk powder 2 tblspn

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS CRUMBLED COTTAGE CHEESE, ADD 25 GMS EACH OF CASHEWS & RAISINS, 2 TBSP MILK POWDER
  2. ADD 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR, SALT, 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  3. ADD 2 TBSP GRATED COCONUT, MIX & SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS
  4. DEEP FRY THE BALLS IN HOT OIL
  5. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN, KEEP ASIDE
  6. GRIND 50 GMS GINGER & 8-9 GREEN CHILLIES TILL SMOOTH, KEEP ASIDE
  7. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 2 BAY LEAVES, 1 TSP WHOLE GARAM MASALA, 3/4 CUP CHOPPED TOMATOES
  8. ADD 1 TBSP GROUND MASALA PASTE
  9. ADD 1/2 TSP PEPPER POWDER
  10. ADD SALT, 1 SLIT GREEN CHILLI
  11. ADD THE FRIED COTTAGE CHEESE BALLS
  12. ADD 1.5 CUPS COCONUT MILK
  13. ADD A FEW DROPS OF GHEE, BRING IT TO A BOIL
  14. ADD A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED NUTS & 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, SIMMER FOR 1-2 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
