  1. For puris(12)
  2. Rava-1cup
  3. Maida-1/4cup
  4. Baking soda-a pinch
  5. Salt-to taste
  6. Roughly chopped dark chocolate-1/2cup
  7. White chocolate chips-2tbsp
  8. Nuts-1/4cup
  9. Chocolate milkshake:
  10. Dark chocolate-1/4cup
  11. Milk-3/4cup
  12. Cocoa powder-2tsp

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD MAIDA,RAVA,SALT,BAKING SODA AND WATER
  2. ADD REQUIRED WATER AND FORM IN TO STIFF DOUGH
  3. REST THE DOUGH FOR 25MINS AND FLATTEN IT LIKE CHAPATHIS
  4. WITH THE HELP OF CAP OR DOUGH CUTTER SHAPE IT IN TO SMALL CIRCLES
  5. SHAPE IT AS SHOWN
  6. HEAT OIL IN PAN AND ADD THE CUT POORIS..GENTLY PRESS IT TO PUFF
  7. COOK TILL LIGHT BROWN
  8. FRY ALL THE POORIS
  9. IN A DOUBLE BOILING MELT CHOPPED DARK CHOCOLATE
  10. MELT THE CHOCOLATE WELL
  11. DIP THE FRIED PURIS IN MELTED CHOCOLATE
  12. ADD WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP ON TOP AND REFRIGERATE FOR 15MINS
  13. IN A PAN ADD MILK,COCOA POWDER AND MELTED CHOCOLATE AND WARM AND REFRIGERATE TILL CHILL
  14. AFTER REFRIGERATING PURIS
  15. POUR THE CHOCOLATE MILK OVER THE CUP
