  1. 50 grams milk choclate
  2. 100grams whipping cream
  3. 2 muffins or a small cake
  4. Assorted fruits

Instructions

  1. TEMPER THE MILK CHOCOLATE
  2. ONCE IT MELTS CHECK FOR LUMPS AND LET IT COOL, TILL IT COMES TO ROOM TEMPERATURE
  3. WHIP THE WHIPPING CREAM TILL SOFT PEAKS ARE FORMED
  4. TO IT ADD THE MELTED CHOCOLATE AND WHIP THE CREAM
  5. ADD THE CRUMBLED CAKE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE GLASS TO FORM A BASE.
  6. THEN ADD MOUSE AND FORM A LAYER
  7. ADD ASSORTED FRUITS AND REPEAT THE LAYERS. THEN CHILL TILL FOR AN HOUR.
