Instructions

  1. PANEER TIKKA MASALA GRAVY RESTAURANT STYLE PANEER CURD CREAM BUTTER USED
  2. PANEER 200 GM SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER, HALDI, GARAM MASALA, CHAT MASALA, GINGER GARLIC PASTE, DANIYA
  3. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION ADD S. 2 SP OIL
  4. ADD VEGETABLES IN MIXTURE
  5. PANEER VEGETABLES AND CURD MASALE MARINATED KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 1 HOUR
  6. ARRANGE ALL PANEER AND VEGETABLES IN TIKKA STICKS
  7. ROAST STICK ON GAS TO GET SMOKY FLAVOUR
  8. REMOVE PANEER TIKKA FROM STICKS
  9. FOR GRAVY IN A PAN ADD BUTTER AND OIL 2 SP EACH
  10. ADD ONION CHOPPED
  11. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE 2 SP
  12. NOW ADD TOMATO PUREE
  13. SALT AUR SUGAR
  14. ADD ALL MASALAS AND SALT
  15. ADD 1CUP CREAM
  16. DANIYA AND WATER 1GLASS
  17. ADD PANEER TIKKA AND VEGETABLES
  18. ADD KASURI METHI AND CORIANDER
  19. COOK FOR FEW MINS
  20. GARNISH WITH PANEER AND CORIANDER
