  3. Paneer cubes 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Cooking oil 1/4 cup
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  7. Urad dal 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli 1
  9. Garlic cloves 10
  10. Green peas 1 cup

Instructions

  1. SEASONING
  2. FRY PANEER CUBES
  3. GINGER
  4. ONION, FRY TILL TRANSULANT
  5. SAUTE AND FRY
  6. ADD SPRING ONION
  7. COOKED GREEN PEAS
  8. ADD SALT AND FRY UNTIL TENDER AND SERVE
