  1. 1 Row mango
  2. 1 Cup steam rice
  3. 1 tsp turmeric
  4. 1 tsp Urad dal
  5. 2 tbsp Oil
  6. Salt to teast
  7. Hing 1 pinch
  8. 1-2 green chilli
  9. 5-6 Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. GRATED A ROW MANGO
  2. HEAT A OIL FROM PAN ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND CUMIN SEEDS AS IT SPLUTTER
  3. ADD HING AND PEANUT MIX WEEL
  4. ADD URAD DAL AND CURRY LEAVES
  5. ADD CHILLI AND GRATED ROW MANGO
  6. ADD TURMERIC POWDER
  7. ADD SALT LET IT COOK FOR 3 MIN AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  8. NOW LET IT BE FOR 10 MINS AFTER THE ADD STEAMED RICE AND MIX IT NOW
  9. IT IS READY
