  1. Noodles bar 1
  2. Onion 1&1/2 tbs
  3. Egg 1/2
  4. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  5. Magic noodles Masala 1packet
  6. Green chilli 2/3
  7. Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  8. Bread crumb 1&1/2 cup
  9. All purposes flour 1&1/2 tbs
  10. Cornstarch 1&1/2 tbs
  11. Salt 1/2 tsp+1/4 tsp+1pinched
  12. Ginger 1/2 tsp soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  13. Oil 3/4 tbs

Instructions

  1. BOIL 1 NOODLES BAR IN SUFFICIENT WATER.
  2. HARD BOIL IT.DON'T OVER BOIL IT.
  3. IN A BOWL TRANSFER HARD BOIL NOODLES.
  4. ADD 1&1/2 TBS FINLEY SLICED ONION,1/2 OF AN EGG.
  5. ADD 1/3 TSP CHAAT MASALA,1PCKT MAGIC SPICE,1/3 TSP GINGER,1/2 CUP SPINACH.1/2 TBS GREEN CHILLI.
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT.
  7. COMBINE WELL & KEEP ASIDE.
  8. IN SMALL BOWL ADD1&1/2 TBS ALL PURPOSES FLOUR,1&1/2 TBS CORN FLOUR EACH.
  9. ADD1/4 TSP SALT, 2&1/2 TBS WATER.
  10. MIX WELL & MAKE A LIQUID BATTER.
  11. SPIRAL A SQUARE WITH NOODLES STRING,SPREAD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES OVER IT.
  12. MIX 1/2 CUP WHITE BREAD CRUMB,1/2 CUP CRUSHED OATS,1/4 TSP SALT.
  13. TAKE NOODLE WRAPPED STICK AND COAT WITH BREAD CRUMB MIX PRESSING VERY WELL.
  14. DRIZZLE THE CORNSTARCH LIQUID OVER IT&GIVE 2ND COATING.
  15. ULTRA CRISPY SPINACH-NOODLES KABEB.
  16. SHLLOW FRY IN 2/3 TBS OIL.
  17. FLIP THEM,FRY EVENLY.
  18. WHEN THEY ARE CRIPY BROWN TAKE OFF THEM FROM HET.
