  5. sugar powder 3tbsp
  6. butter scotch nuts 1tbsp
  7. Butterscotch essence few drops
  8. Bread pices 2 (grinded)
  9. almond powder 1tbsp
  10. Safron thread
  11. For falooda _bombino noodles 1/2cup
  12. water 1 cup
  13. Yellow colour pinch

Instructions

  1. 250G MILK BOIL IT
  2. TAKE 1/2CUP COLD MILK MIX 1TSP CUSTARD POWDER POUR THIS MIXTURE IN BOILED MILK
  3. NOW ADD SOME SAFRON THREAD
  4. WHEN MILK TURN THICK TURN OFF GAS 1 CUP SUGAR POWDER,BUTTER SCOTCH NUTS,MILK POW,BREAD POW,BUTTER SCOTCH ESSENCE,
  5. GRIND BUTTER SCOTCH NUTS
  6. POUR CUSTARD MIXTURE IN MIXER JAR MIX AMUL FRESH CREAM
  7. IX BREAD CRUMB POWDER
  8. MIX ALMOND POWDER
  9. ADD BUTTERSCOTCH NUTS POW
  10. NOW MIX MILK POW
  11. BUTTER SCOTCH ESSENCE
  12. BEAT IT SLOWLY I. MIXER
  13. NOW TAKE OLD ICECREAM BOX OR PLASTIC BOX
  14. POUR THIS ICECREAM MIXTURE IN IT
  15. FREEZE IT FOR 6 TO 7 HOURS
  16. FOR FALOODA TAKE 1/2CUP BOMBINO NOODLES
  17. MIX IN HOT WATER ADD PINCH OF YELLOW COLOUR
  18. NOW CHECK WITH FINGER
  19. TURN OF GAS N DRAIN HOT WATER ADD COLD WATER IN IT
  20. ADD ICECREAM . GLASS
  21. ADD FALOODA
  22. MIX BUTTER SCOTCH SYRUP
  23. PUT KESHEW NUTS
  24. GARNISH WITH CHERRY
