ABOUT Channa sundal RECIPE

This is a quick recipe of a side dish, made with chick peas, south Indian style.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Channa [boiled chick peas]1 cup
  2. Dry red Chilli - 2
  3. Ginger - 1 inch
  4. Coconut - 2 pieces
  5. Salt
  6. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. HEAT SOME OIL IN A PAN AND ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, CHILLI, BOILED CHICK PEAS.
  2. ADD SALT & STIR.
  3. NOW GRIND REST OF THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN MIXER GRINDER, ADD THIS TO THE COOKING CHICK PEAS IN THE PAN. MIX WELL, AND SERVE HOT.
