ABOUT Masala puffed rice RECIPE

This is another variety of delicious snack , made with spices and puffed rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Puffed rice - 2 cup
  2. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  3. Garlic cloves - 3
  4. Salt
  5. Peanuts - 3 tbsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Curry leaves - 10
  8. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add the garlic cloves, curry leaves followed by the peanuts.
  2. Then add rest of the spices, salt and mix well.
  3. Saute for few seconds and then add the puffed rice. mix well and roast until the puffed rice are crispy enough. serve
