  1. Basmati rice 1 cup
  2. Green peas 1/4 cup
  3. Salt
  4. Oil 5 tablespoon
  5. Lemon 1 small
  6. Red chilly 6 numbers
  7. Curry leaves
  8. Mustard seed 1 tablespoon
  9. Urud dal 2 tablespoon
  10. Cashews 10 numbers
  11. Channa dal 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. COOK 1 CUP OF RICE WITH 1 TABLESPOON SALT,1 TABLESPOON OIL AND 2 CUPS OF WATER AND PEAS IN A COOKER
  2. COOK TILL 1 WHISTLE
  3. FOR SEASONING RED CHILLY, MUSTARD SEED, CHANNA DAL URD DAL AND CASHEWS
  4. IN A PAN ADD 3 TABLESPOON OIL AND FRY EVERY THING
  5. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  6. ADD TURMERIC POWDER AND LEMON JUICE AND MIX WELL AND SWITCH OFF FLAME
  7. ADD COOKED RICE AND MIX WELL ADJUST TASTE AS PER YOUR WISH
