ABOUT Masala poha RECIPE

This is a quick and delicious snack , made with thin flattened rice. Very easy to make and very tasty to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha [Thin flatted rice] 1cup
  2. Garlic cloves 3
  3. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt
  6. Peanuts - 1/4 th cup
  7. Curry leaves - 10
  8. Refined oil


  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add the garlic cloves followed by the peanuts.
  2. Fry for few minutes and then add the curry leaves.
  3. Now add the powdered spices, salt and mix well for few seconds.
  4. Then add the flattened rice and then mix well, check for seasoning and then serve.
