  1. 6 tsp fennel seeds
  2. 6 cardamom
  3. 2 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 2 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST THE 6 TSP FENNEL SEEDS, 2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS & 6 CARDAMOM FOR 30 SECONDS
  2. TRANSFER IN A GRINDER JAR
  3. ADD 2 TSP SUGAR, 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER AND GRIND
  4. WEIGHT LOSS POWDER IS READY
