  1. 6 tsp fennel seeds
  2. 6 cardamom
  3. 2 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 2 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST 6 TSP FENNEL SEEDS, 2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS & 6 CARDAMOMS FOR 30 SECONDS
  2. TRANSFER TO A MIXER JAR
  3. ADD 2 TSP SUGAR, 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, GRIND
  4. WEIGHT LOSS POWDER IS READY, TAKE 1 TSP POWDER MIXED WITH A GLASS OF WATER AT NIGHT BEFORE BEDTIME
