Besan chilla is a crispy instant savoury crepe made with chick pea flour , stuffed with spiced paneer . Tasty ,healthy ,quick and perfect protein breakfast ,snack or dinner .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chick pea flour/ besan 1 cup
  2. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  3. Turmeric 1tsp
  4. Cumin powder 1tsp
  5. Chat masala 1tsp
  6. Salt asper taste
  7. Oil as required
  8. Stuffing
  9. 1cup grated paneer
  10. 1 chopped onion
  11. 1 chopped tomato
  12. 2 chopped green chillies
  13. 1/4cup chopped green corriander
  14. 1tsp redchilli powder
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. 1tsp Chat masala
  17. Roasted cumin powder

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP GRATED PANEER
  2. ADD ONE CHOPPED ONION AND TOMATO
  3. ADD 1/4CUP CHOPPED GREEN CORRIANDER AND 1 TSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  4. ADD SALT ,RED CHILLI POWDER CHAT MASALA AA PER TASTE
  5. ADD 1TSP ROASTED CUMIN POWDER
  6. MIX WELL
  7. KEEP ASIDE
  8. ADD ONE CUP CHICKPEA FLOUR AND 1TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  9. ADD SALT AND CHAT MASALA ,CUMIN POWDER AS PER TASTE
  10. ADD WATER AND MAKE A SMOOTH AND THIN BATTER FOR CHILLA
  11. ADD 1TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  12. MIX WELL ,CHECK CONSISTENCY.
  13. HEAT AND GREASE TAVA
  14. POUR A LADDLE OF BATTER AND MAKE A ROUND CHILLA
  15. COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME
  16. ADD SOME OIL ON THE CHILLA
  17. FLIP IT AND COOK TILL GOLDEN AND CRISP BOTH SIDE
  18. ADD 2 TBSP PANEER MIXTURE ON THE CHILLA
  19. FOLD THE CHILLA ON THE PANNER MIXTURE .
  20. TAKE IT OUT ON THE SERVING PLATE .
