  2. Icing sugar - 1 cup
  3. Cream - 1/ 2 cup
  4. Milk - 1 cup
  5. Gelatin - 2 pkts
  6. Vennila essence - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS, KIWI , CREAM, MILK, ICING SUGAR, GELATINE, VENNILA ESSENCE,
  2. TAKE 1CUP HOT MILK, ADD GELATINE 4 TSP
  3. MIXWELL WITHOUT LUMPS,,
  4. TAKE A BOWL ADD 2 TSPN OF HEAVY CREAM AND ADD GELATINE MILK LITTLE BY LITTLE
  5. BLEND WELL
  6. ADD BALANCED MILK AND ICING SUGAR
  7. MIX WELL TOGETHER
  8. ADD 1 TSP VENNILA ESSENCE
  9. TAKE A GLASS, SLIGHTLY DOWN THE GLASS LIKE THIS, IN ICE TRAY/BAKING TRAY POUR THE MIXTURE LIKE THIS
  10. FREEZE 2 HOURS
  11. THEN WE GOING TO MAKE 2ND SET FILLING MAIN INGREDIENT KIWI, CHOP THE KIWI FRUIT BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH
  12. ADD GELATINE 1 TSP
  13. MIX WELL WHEN IT TURNS DISSOLVED,
  14. TAKE AFTER 2 HRS, THE VENNILA MIXTURE COME LIKE THIS, VERY TIGHTLY FREEZED
  15. ADD BLENDED KIWI INTO THE GLASS, FILL IT ALL
  16. HELATHY YUM YUM PANNA COTTA READY
  17. FINALLY FREEZE 1 HOUR
  18. Serve cool add ur toppings as ur wish, i again filled with whip cream n raw kiwi fruits
