Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mooli [radish] chopped 1 cup
  2. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  3. Oil
  4. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt
  7. Spices to be roasted and powdered :
  8. 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  9. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  10. 1 tsp fennel seeds [sauf]
  11. 3/4 th tsp carom seeds [ajwain]
  12. 3/4 th tsp fenugreek seeds [methi]

Instructions

  1. dry roast the ingredients mentioned, powder them and keep aside.
  2. Now chop the radish and mix rest of the things to it along with the ground powder , made above.
  3. Heat some oil till smoking point and the cool it. Add this oil to the pickle and store this in air tight container for later use.
