  1. semolina 1 cup
  2. pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  3. curd 3 tablespoon
  4. onion finely chopped 1
  5. tomato grated 1 number
  6. chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  8. salt
  9. potato 2 numbers

Instructions

  1. POWDER SEMOLINA NICELY
  2. ADD SALT PEPPER POWDER AND CURD AND MIX WELL
  3. ADD MILK TO MIX A SOFT DOUGH
  4. IT SHOULD BE THIS THIN AND ALLOW TO REST FOR 20 MINUTES IT WILL BECOME THICK
  5. IN A PAN ADD OIL AND ONION AND SAUTE
  6. ADD GRATED TOMATOES AND SAUTE
  7. ADD SALT CHILLY POWDER AND TURMERIC POWDER
  8. MASH POTATO SMOOTHLY
  9. ADD MASHED POTATOES AND MIX WELL
  10. NOW THE DOUGH BECAME TIGHT AFTER 20 MINUTES
  11. TAKE SAME QUANTITY OF DOUGH AND FILLING AND MAKE IT A STUFFED BALL
  12. AND FLAT IT TO THIN PATTY
  13. IN A STEAMER PLATE PUT A CLOTH OR GREESE IT AND PLACE ALL PATTIES IN IT
  14. STEAM COOK IT TILL OUTER COVER COOKS
  15. IN A PAN ADD OIL, MUSTARD SEED URAD DAL AND FINELY SLICED RED CHILLY
  16. ADD THE COOKED PATTIES IN THE THADKA AND MIX WELL
