Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hakka noodles 1 packet
  2. Oil 1 tablespoon
  3. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  4. Salt
  5. Carrot 1
  6. Cauliflower 2florets
  7. Beans 6 numbers
  8. Onion 1
  9. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  10. Chilly sauce 2 tablespoon
  11. Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  12. Ginger garlic chilly paste 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. IN A PAN ADD WATER SALT AND OIL. WHILE BOILING ADD NOODLES
  2. DRAIN WATER
  3. WASH WITH COOL WATER
  4. CUT VEGETABLES THIN
  5. IN A PAN ADD GHEE AND ONION
  6. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  7. ADD BEANS AND SAUTE
  8. ADD CARROTS
  9. ADD CAULIFLOWER
  10. ADD CAPSICUM
  11. ADD 1 TEASPOON VINEGAR
  12. ADD 2 TABLESPOON CHILLY SAUCE
  13. ADD 1 TEASPOON SOYA SAUCE AND MIX WELL
  14. ADD NOODLES AND MIX WELL
