  1. Apple-1/2
  2. Beetroot-1/2
  3. Carrot-1
  4. Dates-2
  5. Honey-2spn
  6. Cardamom-2
  7. Milk-1 cup

Instructions

  1. TAKE ALL THE INGREDIENTS
  2. IN A MIXER JAR ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT MILK
  3. GRIND IT COARSELY
  4. NOW ADD HALFCUP WATER AND GRIND AGAIN TO SMOOTH PASTE
  5. FILTER THE MIXTURE IN STRAINER, PRESS WITH SPOON WELL
  6. IN THE SAME JAR ADD THE FILTERED JUICE AND A CUP OF MILK AND GRIND IT
  7. TRANSFER TO BOWL , ADD HONEY AND MIX WELL IT AND SERVE
