ABOUT HEALTHY QUINOA PAPAD CUPS. RECIPE

Healthy Quinoa Papad Cups is quite a healthy brunch which contains Quinoa and mixed vegetables seasoned with Italian mixed herbs and parmesan cheese. This is a healthy Brunch which will be loved by all. No kid or elderly people will say no to this healthy brunch.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Papad 6
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Quinoa 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped onion 1/2
  5. Chopped beans, carrot and peas 1/4 cup
  6. Oil 1 teaspoon
  7. Mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Homemade Marinara sauce for dip
  12. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. ADD SOAKED QUINOA, CARROT, BEANS AND PEAS TO THE BOILING WATER.
  2. LET IT COOK FOR 15 MINUTES. DRAIN THE WATER AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
  3. SOAK PAPAD IN COLD WATER FOR FIVE MINUTES.
  4. PLACE SOAKED PAPAD IN SILICON RAMAKEIN CUPS AS SHOWN.
  5. IT'S WELL PLACED IN THE BOWL CUPS AND ALL SET TO GO IN THE OVEN.
  6. PREHEAT THE OVEN FOR 180 DEGREE CENTIGRADE. BAKE IT FOR 10 MINUTES.
  7. IT'S WELL BAKED.
  8. IT'S BAKED INTO CUP SHAPE. REMOVE FROM THE BOWL AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
  9. ADD OIL IN A PAN AND ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL AND BENGAL GRAM. LET IT CRACKLE.
  10. ADD ONION TO IT AND SAUTE FOR A WHILE.
  11. ADD TURMERIC POWDER AND CHILLI POWDER TO IT. SAUTE FOR A WHILE.
  12. ADD BOILED QUINOA AND VEGETABLES AND MIX THOROUGHLY.
  13. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND MIX WELL.
  14. SPRINKLE MIXED HERBS AND SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE AND MIX WELL.
  15. HEAT OIL IN A KADHAI AND FRY THE BAKED PAPAD.
  16. FRY ONE BY ONE ON A MEDIUM HIGH FLAME.
  17. FRY ALL THE THREE CUPS.
  18. TRANSFER THE FRIED PAPAD ON TO A TISSUE PAPER.SINCE IT'S BAKED EARLIER, IT'LL NOT CONSUME OIL.
  19. FILL THE PAPAD CUOS WITH QUINOA MIXTURE.
  20. SPRINKLE GRATED CHEESE ON TOP.
  21. BAKE THE PAPAD FILLED QUINOA MIXTURE IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR A MINUTE OR TWO.
  22. REMOVE FROM OVEN.
  23. GARNISH AGAIN WITH GRATED CHEESE AND CORIANDER LEAVES.
  24. SPRINKLE MIXED HERBS TO ENHANCE THE FLAVOR.
  25. SERVE IT WITH HOMEMADE MARINARA SAUCE OR ANY DIP.
  26. HEALTHY, SIMPLE AND QUIET DIFFERENT RECIPE WILL LIKE BY ALL AGES.
