Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup Bengal gram
  2. 1 tbsp chilli, garlic, ginger pest

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS PRE-SOAKED ( 1-2 HOURS ) & DRAINED BENGAL GRAM / CHANA DAL, ADD SALT, ADD TO A MIXER JAR
  2. BLEND INTO A COARSE PASTE, TRANSFER TO A BOWL
  3. ADD 1 TBSP CHILLI-GARLIC-GINGER PASTE, 2 CHOPPED ONIONS
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX
  5. SHAPE SMALL BALLS OUT OF THE DAL MIX
  6. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  7. SERVE HOT
