ABOUT Mango Salsa RECIPE

Quick sweet and tangy mango salad to serve as side dish with meal or with chips as snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mango 1
  2. Onion 1/2
  3. Red bell pepper 2 tbsp
  4. Mint leaves 1 tesp
  5. Salt 1/2 tesp
  6. Chilli flakes 1/2 tesp
  7. Oregano seasoning 1/2 tesp
  8. Lemon juice 1 tesp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED MANGO, 1-2 TBSP EACH OF CHOPPED ONION & RED BELL PEPPER
  2. ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED MINT LEAVES, 1/2 TSP EACH OF SALT, RED CHILLI FLAKES & OREGANO SEASONING
  3. ADD 1 TSP LEMON JUICE, MIX & IT'S READY
  4. SERVE MANGO SALSA AS A SIDE DISH WITH ANY MAIN MEAL OR WITH NACHOS / CHIPS AS A SNACK
