Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Parle G biscuit 10-15
  2. Milk maid 1/5 tin
  3. banana 3
  4. Milk 1 cup
  5. Custard powder 2 tbsp
  6. sugar 2 tbsp
  7. Seasonal fruits for decorating

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD 2 TBSP CUSTARD POWDER & 1/4 CUP MILK.
  2. MIX WELL AND KEEP ASIDE.
  3. IN A PAN HEAT 3/4 CUP MILK & 2 TBSP SUGAR.
  4. BOIL UNTILL SUGAR DISSOLVES COMPLETELY.
  5. NOW ADD CUSTARD + MILK MIXTURE.
  6. HEAT UNTILL THE PREPARATION BECOMES THICK WITHOUT FORMING LUMPS.
  7. NOW SWITCH OFF THE FLAME & LET THE MIXTURE TO COOL COMPLETELY.
  8. CHOP 3 BANANAS INTO SMALL CHUNKS & KEEP ASIDE.
  9. CRUSH 10-15 BISCUITS TO MEDIUM SIZED PIECES.
  10. TAKE A MEDIUM SIZED BOWL. ARRANGE THE FIRST LAYER OF BISCUITS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOWL.
  11. NOW POUR 3 TBSP OF CONDENSED MILK ON THE TOP OF THE CRUSHED BISCUITS.
  12. NEXT LAYER ARRANGE THE CHOPPED BANANAS.
  13. TOP OF THE BANANAS POUR 3 TBSP OF CUSTARD PASTE.
  14. REPEAT THE PROCESS FROM CRUSHED BISCUITS TO CUSTARD PASTE.
  15. POUR 3 TBSP CONDENSED MILK ON THE TOP OF THE CRUSHED BISCUITS.
  16. LAYER ARRANGE THE CHOPPED BANANAS.
  17. POUR COMPLETELY WITH CUSTARD PASTE.
  18. REPEAT THE STEP TILL THE BOWL IS COMPLETELY COVERED. SPREAD THE CRUSHED BISCUITS.
  19. COVER THE BISCUITS COMPLETELY WITH CONDENSED MILK.
  20. NEXT LAYER, ARRANGE THE CHOPPED BANANAS.
  21. POUR COMPLETELY WITH CUSTARD PASTE.
  22. DECORAT WITH SEASONAL FRUITS AS PER YOUR CHOICE.
  23. BOWL IS COMPLETELY COVERED WITH PARLE G BISCUIT PUDDING.
  24. CLOSE THE LID AND REFRIGERATE FOR ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS.
