  1. Ladies finger-10 cut in to thin stripes
  2. Chilli powder-2-3spn
  3. Turmeric powder-1 spn
  4. Garam masala-1 spn
  5. Crushed pepper-1 spn
  6. Gram flour-3 tblspn
  7. Lemon juice-2spn
  8. Salt

Instructions

  1. LADIES FINGER- 10 2SPN CHILLI POWDER, 1 SPN TURMERIC POWDER,1SPN CRUSHED PEPPER, 1SPN GARAM MASALA
  2. ADD ALL THE SPICE POWDERS TO LADIES FINGER
  3. ADD 3TBLSPN GRAM FLOUR, 2SPN SALT AND 1SPOON LEMON JUICE
  4. MIX WELL WITH SPATULA OR WITH YOUR HAND
  5. LEAVE IT ASIDE FOR 10 MINS
  6. HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  7. WHEN IT HEATS WELL ADD ONE BATCH OF LADIES FINGER
  8. ALWAYS FRY IN MEDIUM HEAT
  9. WHEN IT TURNS GOLDEN AND CRISPY SEPARATE IT FROM OIL AND TRANSFER IN TO PLATE
