  1. 1 big chocolate pastry piece or 2 small pieces
  2. 3 scoop vanilla or chocolate ice-cream
  3. 3-4 tbsp milk (optional)
  4. 1/4 cup whipping cream ( optional)
  5. 1 tbsp chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. BLEND ICE-CREAM AND PASTRY TO FORM SMOOTH SHAKE. ADD MILK ONLY IF ITS TOO THICK
  3. POUR THE SHAKE IN SERVING GLASS
  4. THIS IS OPTIONAL. TOP SHAKE WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS
  5. SERVE IMMEDIATELY OR REFRIGERATE AND SERVE
