Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 300 GMs Yellow or Green Zucchini
  2. 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  3. 1/4 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  6. 2 tbsp olive oil/ butter
  7. 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. CLEAN, CUT BOTH ENDS AND GRATE ZUCCHINI
  3. ADD SALT TO ZUCCHINI AND MIX WELL
  4. SET ASIDE FOR 8-9 MINUTES
  5. SQUEEZE EXCESS WATER FROM ZUCCHINI USING MUSLIN OR CHEESE CLOTH
  6. IN A MIXING BOWL, ADD ZUCCHINI, EGG,CHEESE, PEPPER AND GARLIC POWDER
  7. MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  8. HEAT NON STICK PAN WITH OLIVE OIL OR BUTTER
  9. USING LADDLE, ADD SPOONFUL OF ZUCCHINI MIX AND FLATTEN WITH BACK OF LADDLE
  10. COOK ON BOTH SIDES, EACH SIDE FOR 2-3 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT
  11. SERVE HOT
