ABOUT Coleslaw Sandwich RECIPE

Coleslaw is a traditional Dutch salad. I made is salad with healther version with hung curd and veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slice 6
  2. Butter 1 tbs
  3. Hung curd 1/2 cup
  4. Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
  5. Tomato sauce 2 tbs
  6. Black pepper 1 tsp
  7. Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  10. Grated carrot 1/2 cup
  11. Grated cucumber 1/2 cup
  12. Blanch cabbage 1/2 cup
  13. Chopped capsicum 1/4 cup
  14. Black olives 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. TAKE GRATED CARROT, CUCUMBER, BLANCH CABBAGE, CHOPPED CAPSICUM AND OLIVES.
  2. TAKE BLACK PEPPER, CHILLI FLAKES, SALT, MIX HERBS, HUNG CURD, MAYONNAISE AND TOMATO SAUCE.
  3. MIX HUNG CURD, MAYONNAISE AND TOMATO SAUCE IN A BOWL.
  4. MIX WELL.
  5. ADD CARROT, OLIVES, BLANCH CABBAGE, CUCUMBER AND CAPSICUM.
  6. ADD SALT, BLACK PEPPER, CHILLI FLAKES AND MIX HERBS.
  7. MIX WELL THE COLESLAW STUFFING IS READY FOR SANDWICH.
  8. CUT THE EDGES OF BREAD, APPLY BUTTER. PUT THE COLESLAW STUFFING ON SLICE AND COVER WITH BREAD SLICE.
  9. CUT WITH KNIFE CAREFULLY.
  10. COLESLAW SANDWICH IS READY TO SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE.
