ABOUT Malai Mushroom Peas Curry RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 g chopped mushrooms
  2. 1/2 cup peas
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 3/4 cup pureed tomatoes
  5. 3-4 tbsp cream
  6. 1/4 tsp crushed kasuri methi
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  9. 2 tbsp oil
  10. 1/2 -3/4 cup water
  11. 1 green chili slit
  12. 1/8 tsp turmeric
  13. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 1 tsp garam masala
  15. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  16. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. ASSEMBLE THE INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT OIL AND SPLUTTER CUMIN SEEDS
  3. ADD GREEN CHILI AND ONIONS, SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN
  4. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE UNTIL RAW AROMA GOES AWAY
  5. ADD TOMATO PUREE AND SPICE POWDERS. SAUTE UNTIL OIL SEPERATES
  6. ADD SALT AND MIX
  7. ADD MUSHROOMS AND PEAS. GENTLY MIX
  8. ADD WATER, BRING TO BOIL
  9. COVER AND COOK FOR 6-8 MINUTES
  10. ADD KASURI METHI AND CREAM. MIX WELL. COOK FOR 30-40 SECONDS
  11. GARNISH WITH CREAM AND CORRIANDER LEAVES. SERVE HOT
