Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. White Urad dal 1 cup soaked for 3 hours
  2. Medium onion 1 finely chopped
  3. Hing 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Ginger paste 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Whole pepper 1 teaspoon ( adjust spice )
  7. Chopped curry leaves 5
  8. Little water to grind dal paste .

Instructions

  1. Soak 1 cup urad Dal for 3 hours . Grind to a coarse thick paste . Add finely chopped onion, salt , ginger paste ,
  2. pepper corns , hing , curry leaves . Gently Mix. 1 teaspoon batter . Drop into hot oil . Deep fry
  3. Fry in medium heat flipping both the sides . Hot mini urad Dal bondas are ready .
