ABOUT No Fry Paneer Pakoras RECIPE

Paneer pakoras are everybody's favourite tea time snacks. I tried to gave regular paneer pakodas a healthy twist. These paneer pakoras are made with only a brush of oil and is totally healthy. Kids would love to have it in their lunch box. Paneer is protein so it is good for health and you can have these tasty and healthy pakoras without any guilt. happy guiltfree eating..!!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. besan 1 cup
  2. Panner 250 gms
  3. onion 1 chopped
  4. tomato 1 chopped
  5. Fresh coriander leaves few
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  10. 1 tsp jeera powder
  11. 1/2 tsp ginger,garlic,green chilli paste

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD 1 CUP BESAN AND SALT
  2. 1TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP AMCHUR POWDER
  3. 1/2TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, 1TSP JEERA POWDER
  4. MIX
  5. 1/2TSP GINGER GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLI PASTE AND FEW CORIANDER LEAVES
  6. MIX
  7. ADD WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE AND MAKE A BATTER
  8. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES, ONIONS
  9. MIX
  10. IF BATTER BECOMES THICK ADD LITTLE WATER
  11. THIS SHOULD BE THE CONSISTENCY
  12. BRUSH OIL ON NON STICK PAN
  13. PLACE ONE SLAB OF PANEER ..YOU CAN CUT IN ANY SHAPE YOU LIKE
  14. SPRINKLE LITTLE BLACK PEPPER AND SALT AND FRY FROM BOTH SIDES
  15. REPEAT
  16. COVER THE PANEER WITH THE BATTER ON ONE SIDE
  17. SPRINKLE DROPS OF OIL WITH THE BRUSH ON THE BATTER
  18. TURN IT UP SIDE DOWN
  19. AND REPEAT THE BATTER
  20. LET THE BATTER COOK ON BOTH SIDES
  21. BRUSH LITTLE OIL ON SIDES
  22. IT IS PROPERLY COOKED ON ONE SIDE
  23. BOTH SIDES HAVE BEEN PROPERLY COOKED
  24. MAKE IT LITTLE CRISP
  25. OUR PANEER PAKORA IS READY WITHOUT ANY FRYING
  26. CUT AND SERVE HOT WITH ANY CHUTNEY OR SAUCE OF YOUR CHOICE
