Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Minced mutton 350 grams
  2. Cabbage finely chopped 300 grams
  3. Bay leaves 2
  4. Cloves 4
  5. Sesame Oil 4 tablespoons
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  7. Medium sized onion 2 finely chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Black pepper powder to taste .
  14. Water when really needed not more than 3 tablespoons.
  15. Cilantros freshly chopped for garnishing .

Instructions

  1. In a wok , heat 4 tablespoons oil . Add 4 cloves , 2 bay leaves .
  2. Add 2 medium sized onions finely chopped. Sauté till light brown .
  3. Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste. Fry for seconds . Add the chopped cabbage 1 cup.
  4. Sauté for 3 minutes till raw smell of cabbage leaves .
  5. Add the minced meat 350 grams . Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder , 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder.
  6. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder , 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala powder .Cover, cook for 10 minutes till
  7. meat is cooked. Add salt ,black pepper powder as required . Cook in high flame till water drains.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantros .
  9. Chatpat Cabbage kheema is ready to serve .
