Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 bread slices
  2. 4 boiled potato
  3. 6tb sp curd
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1tb sp coriander powder
  6. 1 tsp garam masala
  7. 1 tsp red chilli
  8. 1 tsp amchor
  9. 1 tsp rai
  10. 5-6 curry leaves
  11. 1 tb sp oil
  12. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. ADD 1TB SP OIL IN A HOT PAN
  2. 1TSP CUMIN,1 TB SP CORIANDER POWDER, 1 TSP GARAM MASALA,1TSP RED CHILLI
  3. 1 TSP AMCHOR & STIR MASALA
  4. 4 BOILED POTATO MASH IN A BOWL
  5. ADD POTATO IN A KADHAI & ADD 1 TSP SALT N MIX WELL
  6. MASH POTATO & ROAST FOR A WHILE
  7. TAKE ALL THE POTATO MASALA IN A BOWL N CUT THE SLICES OF BREAD IN ROUND SHAPE
  8. TAKE A PIECE OF BREAD & SPREAD 1 TB SP MASALA ON IT
  9. NOW PUT A TADKA PAN ON THE GASS & ADD 1 TSP GHEE,1 TSP RAI
  10. 4-5 CURRY PATTA/MITHI NEEM & STIR IT FOR A WHILE
  11. TAKE 6 TBSP OF CHILLED & THICK CURD & ADD ALL TADKA IN THAT BOWL & HALF TSP OF SLAT & MIX WELL
  12. PUT TAVA ON THE GASS N GREASE IT WITH OIL & KEEP BREAD ON THE TAVA
  13. TAKE 1 TBSP CURD & SPREAD IT ON THE BREAD
  14. COVER IT FOR A WHILE & IT'S READY TO EAT NOW. SERVE IT ON THE PLATE
