Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cups basmati rice
  2. Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
  3. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  4. 1 capsicum
  5. Kandalasun masala [onion - garlic spiced powder, store bought] - 1 tbsp
  6. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  7. Salt
  8. 1 tomato [chopped]
  9. 1 potato [diced]
  10. Refined oil
  11. Grated coconut - 4 tbsp
  12. Ground nuts - handful

Instructions

  1. CHOP THE VEGETABLES AND KEEP ASIDE.
  2. NOW HEAT SOME OIL IN A BIG POT, ADD THE MUSTARD SEEDS AND LET THEM CRACKLE.
  3. ADD GRATED COCONUT ,ALL VEGETABLES AND ALL SPICES INTO THE POT.
  4. ADD 4 CUPS OF WATER.
  5. ADD HANDFUL OF GROUNDNUTS .
  6. ADD RICE 2 CUPS COVER AND COOK
  7. SERVE HOT WITH RAITA
  8. MASALE BATH IS READY
