Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Unripe mangoes 6
  2. jaggery 1 /2 kg taste and use more if required
  3. water to boil
  4. Roasted zeera pwdr 1 tsp
  5. Black pepper pwdr 1/4 tsp
  6. Rock salt kalanamak 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. BOIL 6 UNRIPE MANGOES IN SOME WATER
  2. FOR 3 VESSELS
  3. LET IT COOL
  4. SOAK 1/2 KG JAGGERY IN WATER SO AS TO MELT IT
  5. STRAIN THE JAGGERY JUICE
  6. ONCE COOL REMOVE THE SKIN
  7. REMOVE THE PULP FROM THE SEED
  8. TAKE A MIXIE JAR ADD 1 TSP ROASTED ZEERA PWDR
  9. 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER PWDR
  10. 1 TSP KAKA NAMAK
  11. ADD THE PULP
  12. STRAIN THE JAGGERY WATER AND ADD AND GRIND TO SMOOTH THICK PASTE
  13. ADD THE CONCENTRATE IN A GLASS
  14. ADD CHILLED WATER
  15. ENJOY COLD
