Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Large potatoes 2 par boiled , refrigerate overnight .
  2. Corn flour 2 tablespoons
  3. Plain flour 2 tablespoons
  4. garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Cheddar cheese grated 4 tablespoons
  8. oil for Deep frying
  9. butter for greasing .

Instructions

  1. Par boiled 2 large potatoes . Refrigerate them overnight. Grate them to strips just before use .
  2. In a bowl , take grated potatoes , 2 tablespoons corn flour .
  3. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder , 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder .
  4. Add 2 tablespoons plain flour .
  5. Add grated cheddar cheese 4 tablespoons , salt . Mix , bind all together to form bar shape.
  6. Heat oil for deep frying . Grease your palms with butter and form bar shapes ought of the dough .
  7. Deep fry both the sides in medium heat till brown colour .
  8. Once done , drain our excess oil and remove from the heat . Repeat the process .
  9. Crunchy Potato Hash browns are ready to serve hot .
