  2. 1 tomato
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tsp raie [mustard seeds]
  5. Salt
  6. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder [haldi] - 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil
  9. 1 cup malai [home made cream]

Instructions

  1. 2 ONION'S FINELY CHOPPED, 1 TOMATO CHOPPED, SALT, RED CHILLY PD, HALDI, BOWLFUL OF FRESH MALAI
  2. IN PAN ADD OIL
  3. ADD 1TSP CUMIN
  4. ADD RAIE
  5. ADD ONION'S
  6. WHEN ONION'S CHANGES IT'S COLOR ADD TOMATO
  7. ADD SALT, RED CHILLY PD, HALDI
  8. ADD LITTLE WATER
  9. SAUTE TILL IT LEAVES OIL
  10. NOW ADD MALAI
  11. MIX WELL
  12. LET IT COOK FR 2 MIN
  13. MALAI SABZI
