Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 cup boiled rice
  2. 1 tbsp ghee
  3. 2 tsp jeera
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1 cup curd
  6. 1 cup besan
  7. 1 cup water
  8. 2 tsp salt
  9. 1/2 tsp haldi
  10. 1 tsp oil
  11. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  12. 1/2 tsp jeera
  13. 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  14. 1/2 tsp whole coriander seeds
  15. pinch of hing
  16. 5-6 curry leaves
  17. 1 dry red chilli
  18. Coriander leaves
  19. For tadka--
  20. 1 tsp ghee
  21. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  22. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  23. For kababs---
  24. 1 cup boil chana
  25. 1 cup bread crumb
  26. 2 tsp curd
  27. 1 inch ginger
  28. 1 green chilli
  29. 1 tsp garlic paste
  30. 3 cloves of garlic
  31. 1 tsp salt
  32. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  33. 1/2 lemon juice
  34. 1 tsp jeera
  35. 1 tsp garam masala
  36. 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  37. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  38. 5 mint leaves
  39. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  40. 2 tsp cashew pieces
  41. Oil for frying
  42. Green chuney and salad for serving

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL AND ADD JEERA ,RAI
  2. CORIANDER SEEDS , FENUGREEK SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES ADD HING
  3. ADD BESAN CURD AND WATER AND WHISK AND ADD IN KADHAI
  4. STIR IT AND COOK IT
  5. ADD SALT HALDI
  6. MAKE TADKA BY ADDING GHEE AND MUSTARD SEEDS LASTLY ADD RED CHILLI POWDER AND POUR IN KADHI
  7. FOR JEERA RICE HEAT GHEE
  8. AND ADD JEERA
  9. WHEN JEERA SPLUTTER ADD RICE
  10. AND MIX
  11. ADD SALT AND MIX FINELY WITH LIGHT HANDED
  12. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  13. OUR JEERA RICE ARE READY
  14. TAKE CHANA IN A MIXI
  15. ADD ONION
  16. AND GARLIC PASTE
  17. LEMON JUICE
  18. AND ADD CURD
  19. AND MINT ,CORIANDER LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLI
  20. NOW ADD SALT,HALDI AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  21. AND JEERA
  22. NOW GRIND IN MIXI AND MAKE PASTE
  23. TAKE THIS OUT IN BOWL AND ADD BREAD CRUMB
  24. ADD SALT,HALDI,RED CHILLI,GARAM MASALA,JEERA POWDER,PEPPER POWDER
  25. AND MIX ALL OF THEM
  26. ADD CASHEW PIECES
  27. AND MAKE KABAB
  28. INSERT SAATE STICKS AND PPREPARE ALL LIKE THIS
  29. HEAT TAWA ADD OIL AND COOK THEM
  30. COOK FROM ALL SIDES
  31. SPRINKLE SOME CHAAT MASALA
  32. OUR KABABS ARE READY
  33. SERVE WITH GREEN CHUNEY
  34. SALAD
  35. JEERA RICE
  36. AND KADHI ENJOY THIS WHOLESOME DINNER
