Hey Friends.. I have given a twist to normal masala khakharas...Instead of Savoury i have made it sweet.. I have used sugarfree in making.. It is very healthy as well as tasty dish for diabetics.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. SugarFree 15 tablets
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1/2 CUP MILK
  2. ADD IN SUGAR FREE ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE
  3. I ADDED 15 TABLETS.. THE TASTE WAS GOOD.. YOU CAN ADJUST ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE.
  4. STIR
  5. SIEVE 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR.
  6. SIEVE
  7. ADD IN 2 TBSP OF COCOA POWDER.
  8. MIX
  9. ADD IN MILK AND BIND THE DOUGH
  10. DOUGH SHOULD NOT BE SOFT.
  11. DOUGH IS READY
  12. MAKE BALLS.
  13. ROLL.
  14. ROLL THIN KHAKHARAS
  15. MAKE THE SHAPE OF YOUR CHOICE
  16. CUT
  17. KHAKHARA IS READY TO GET COOK
  18. HEAT A TAWA AND COOK KHAKHARA ON A MEDIUM FLAME FIRST .
  19. FLIP AND COOK
  20. TAKE A CLOTH AND PRESS ON SIDES TO MAKE IT CRISP
  21. KHAKHARA IS READY.
