ABOUT QUICK CHUTNEY BIRYANI RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For rice
  2. 2 cup long grain rice
  3. 1 tbsp pure ghee
  4. 2 inch cinnamon stick
  5. 2 staranise
  6. 4-5 cloves
  7. 2 black cardomon
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. For chutney
  10. 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves with stalks washed
  11. 1 raw mango peeled chopped
  12. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  13. 2-3 green chilli
  14. For Biryani
  15. 8-10 baby potato peeled
  16. 1 tbsp pure ghee
  17. 1 tbsp biryani masala
  18. 1 cup fried onion
  19. salt to taste
  20. 2tbsp pomegranate seeds for garnishing
  21. Raw mango sliced for garnishing

Instructions

  1. FIRST OF ALL BOIL RICE FOR 5 MINS IN BOILING WATER
  2. ADD GHEE AND WHOLE GARAM MASALA TO RICE
  3. ALSO ADD SALT TO BOILING RICE
  4. MEAN WHILE WHEN RICE IS COOKING FRY ONION
  5. ALSO GRIND CHUTNEY FOR BIRYANI.GRIND RAW MANGO, CORIANDER LEAVES , MINT LEAVES ,.GARLIC.AND GREEN CHILLI TO FINE PASTE
  6. HEAT GHEE IN A PRESSURE COOKER. TO THIS ADD DRY RED CHILLI AND BAY LEAVES.
  7. THEN ADD PEELED BABY POTATO AND COOK FOR FEW MINS
  8. THEN ADD GROUNDED CHUTNEY TO POTATOES
  9. NEXT ADD BIRYANI MASALA AND COOK FOR A MIN
  10. ADD HALF COOKED RICE AND FRIED ONION
  11. ADD SALT AND FRIED ONION
  12. ADD WATER & COOK FOR ONE WHISTLE. SERVE HOT WITH BOONDI AND ANAR RAITA
