Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Bread-5
  2. Milk-400ml
  3. China grass-8gm
  4. Sugar-to taste
  5. Custard powder- 2-3 tblspn
  6. Powderd nuts-1/4cup
  7. Bread crumbs-1/4cup
  8. Ghee-to toast

Instructions

  1. TAKE 5BREADS CUT INTO DESIRED SHAPE,1/4CUP BREAD CRUMBS, 1/4CUP POWDERED ALMOND AND CASHEWS
  2. HEAT A PAN AND ADD GHEE
  3. FRY BREADS IN GHEE TILL CRISPY, FLIP IT INBETWEEN
  4. BOIL 400ML MILK ADD REQUIRED SUGAR AND MIX WELL
  5. IN ANOTHER PAN ADD 8GMS CHINA GRASS AND 1/2CUP WATER, MELT IT
  6. TAKE 2TBLSPN CUSTARD POWDER AND ADD 1/4CUP MILK AND MIX WELL WITHOUT LUMPS
  7. WHEN MILK BOILS WELL ADD THE DILUTED CUSTARD MIX AND STIR WELL
  8. NEXT ADD MELTED CHINA GRASS TO CUSTARD MILK MIX
  9. MIX WELL AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  10. IN A BOWL FIRST ASSEMBLE TOASTED BREAD
  11. NEXT ADD SOME BREAD CRUMBS
  12. NEXT ADD POWDERED NUTS
  13. NEXT ADD CUSTARD MIX SLOWLY
  14. AGAIN ON THE TOP ADD REMAINING BREAD
  15. ADD REMAINING BREAD CRUMBS AND POWDERED NUTS
  16. FINALLY ADD CHOPPED NUTS AND CHERRY
  17. KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 6-8HOURS
