  5. Dry kashmiri red chilli...5
  6. Star anise...1
  7. Mace...1
  8. cinnamon stick...1"
  9. Black cardamom...1
  10. Cloves...5
  11. turmeric powder...3tspn
  12. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  13. Kashmiri red chilli powder...1tspn
  14. Garam masala...1tspn
  15. Kasuri methi...1tspn

Instructions

  1. MARINATE THE MUTTON FOR 4 HOURS WITH CURD, SALT, TURMERIC POWDER & RED CHILLI POWDER.
  2. HEAT OIL, ADD WHOLE SPICE & GARLIC
  3. ADD CHOPPED ONION,TOMATO & GINGER PASTE
  4. MAKE A MIXTURE OF IT
  5. NOW BLEND THE MIXTURE
  6. MAKE A PASTE OF IT
  7. FRY THE PASTE IN HOT OIL FOR FEW SECONDS & THEN ADD MARINATED MUTTON & ALL SPICES
  8. MIX IT WELL
  9. ADD SOME HOT WATER, COVER IT & COOK IT WELL.
