This recipe I wanted to try when I had it at my friends place it was really yumm and very quick to make I was really happy with the outcome these can be made for starters, kitty parties breakfast and much more frido try this recipe

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2Cups mashed potato
  2. 1Cup soaked poha
  3. 1/2Cup grated paneer
  4. 1Tsp red chilly powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2Tsp roasted cummin seeds powder
  7. 1/2 Tsp garam masala powder
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Bread crumbs 1bowl
  10. 2Tbsp all purpose flour
  11. Little water for slurry
  12. Method of chutney
  13. 2Cups fresh corriander leaves
  14. 3Green chillys
  15. 1Lemon juice
  16. 1/2Cup coconut grated
  17. 4-5 Garlic cloves
  18. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. ADD 2CUPS OF MASHED POTATO TO BOWL
  2. ADD 1CUP SOAKED AND DRAINED POHA
  3. ADD 1/2 CUP OF GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE
  4. ADD 1TSP OF RED CHILLY POWDER
  5. SALT TO TASTE
  6. 2-3CRUSHED GREEN CHILLY
  7. 1TSP OF ROASTED CUMMIN SEED POWDER
  8. 1TSP OF GARAM MASALA POWDER
  9. BIND THE DOUGH
  10. IT SHOULD BE LITTLE HARDER THAN ROTI DOUGH
  11. ADD FRESH CORRIANDER LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLIES TO MIXER GRINDER
  12. ADD GARLIC
  13. ADD GRATED COCONUT
  14. ADD LEMON JUICE
  15. CONSISTENCY SHOULD BE DRY THAN NORMAL CHUTNEY
  16. ADD 2TSP OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR TO A BOWL AND LITTLE WATER TO MAKE SLURRY
  17. TAKE SMALL PORTION OF POTATO DOUGH AND FLATTEN WITH YOUR HAND AND ADD CHUTNEY IN MIDDLE
  18. COVER FROM ALL SIDES
  19. DIP IN SLURRY AND ROLL IN BREAD CRUMBS
  20. ADD BOMBS TO HOT OIL FOR DEEP FRYING
  21. REMOVE THEM AS THEY TURN GOLDEN
  22. SERVE IN SERVING PLATE WITH KETCHUP
  23. YOU CAN SEE CHUTNEY IN MIDDLE . . ENJOY CHUTNEY BOMBS
