Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1.5 cup rice flour
  2. 1 cup hot water
  3. Salt
  4. Oil for greasing
  5. 1 boiled potato
  6. 1/2 cup mashed paneer
  7. 1 green chilli
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tsp haldi
  12. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  13. 2 tsp lemon juice
  14. For tadka---
  15. 1 tsp oil
  16. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  17. Green chilli as per taste
  18. Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. ADD POTATO AND GREEN CHILLI IN A BOWL
  2. ADD PANEER AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  3. NOW ADD ALL SPICES
  4. AND MASH ALL OF THEM AND MIX THEM
  5. TAKE RICE FLOUR IN PAN ADD SALT
  6. TAKE HOT WATER AND MIX RICE FLOUR IN IT AND MAKE A DOUGH
  7. TAKE A PLASTIC SHEET AND ROLL DOWN RICE DOUGH
  8. IN CENTER ADD OUR FILLING IN LENGTHWISE
  9. AND WITH HELP OF PLASTIC MAKE A ROLL COVERING FILLING INSIDE
  10. MAKE ALL ROLLS AND KEEP IN GREASED TRAY
  11. PUT IN STEAMER AND COOK FOR 20 MIN.
  12. OUR ROLLS ARE READY AS OUR KNIFE CAME CLEAN FROM IT
  13. NOW MAKE A TADKA BY ADDING OIL,MUSTARD SEEDS AND GREEN CHILLI
  14. CUT ROLLS AND TEMPER THEM
  15. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
  16. AND SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY AND SAUCE
