Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 left over idly
  2. 1 cup onion slices
  3. 5 green chili [sliced]
  4. 1 tsp chana dal
  5. curry leaves - 10
  6. dry red chillies - 2
  7. Refined oil
  8. ginger [grated] - 1 tbsp
  9. turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. ground nuts - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT SOME OIL IN A PAN. ADD CHANA DAL FOLLOWED BY THE GROUND NUTS.
  2. THEN ADD CHOPPED ONION,SLICED CHILLIES, DRY CHILLIES AND TURMERIC POWDER.
  3. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND GROUND NUTS.
  4. SMASH LEFT OVER IDLY.
  5. ADD THIS SMASHED IDLY ADD SUGAR..MIX UP ALL THESE,, READY TO SERVE
