This is again beautiful recipe of dhokla in which dhokla are cooked in capsicum. capsicum dhokla is a delicious dish in a new form and tastes delightfully.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  4. 3/4 tsp citric acid
  5. 1 tsp ginger paste
  6. 1 green chilli chopped
  7. 1 green capsicum deseeded and cut from upside
  8. For tadka---
  9. 1 tbsp oil
  10. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  11. 3 green chilli sliced lengthwise
  12. 8 curry leaves
  13. coriander leaves
  14. Grated coconut
  15. 1 tsp seasme seeds
  16. 1 tsp pomegranate pearls

Instructions

  1. TAKE BESAN IN A BOWL
  2. ADD SALT
  3. GINGER PASTE AND GREEN CHILLI
  4. TAKE WATER AND MIX FINELY
  5. WHISK AND ADD REQUIRED WATER
  6. ADD BAKING SODA AND CITRIC ACID
  7. MIX ALL OF THEM AND PREPARE BATTER
  8. NOE TAKE DESEEDED CAPSICUM AND POUR BATTER IN IT AND REMAINING BATTER IN CUP CAKE MOULDS COOK IN STEAMER FOR 20 MIN.
  9. TILL THEN MAKE TADKA
  10. HEAT OIL ADD HING AND RAI
  11. CURRY LEAVES
  12. GREEN CHILLIES AND 1/2 CUP WATER
  13. ADD 1 TSP SUGAR
  14. DEMOULD DHOKLA FROM CUP CAKE MOULDS
  15. ARRANGE CAPSICUM DHOKLA AND CUPCAKE DHOKLA IN PLATE
  16. AND TEMPER THEM
  17. SPRINKLE GRATED COCONUT, POMEGRANATE PEARLS
