IN A PAN TAKE 3-4TBSP OF OIL ADD RED CHILLI, CHOPPED GINGER
NOW ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES,GARLIC
AFTER 1-2MIN ADD CHOPPED ONION AND A PINCH OF SALT
FRY FOR 5-7 MIN TILL ONION CHANGE TO GOLDEN IN COLOUR
AFTER THAT ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES
FRY TILL TOMATOES GET MASHED
IN A PAN TALE 1-2TBSP OIL FRY DICED PANEER TILL TURN GOLDEN IN COLOUR
COOL IT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
GRIND IT TO A FINE PASTE
NOW IN A PAN TAKE 3-4TBSP OF OIL ADD DRY SPICES
ADD THE PASTE IN THE PAN
ADD TURMERIC, RED CHILLI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER,SALT AND PINCH OF SUGAR
AFTER 5-7MIN ADD FRIED PANEER
ADD SMALL CUP OF FRESH MALAI
COOK FOR 10MIN ON LOW FLAME
GARNISH WITH FRESH CHOPPED GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES
